Print multiple Vinted shipping labels at once

Updated · 4 min read

With three sales a week, printing labels one by one is manageable. With ten parcels to pack, it turns into your whole evening.

How Vinted gives you the shipping label

After a sale, the shipping label for the carrier the buyer picked is available in the order conversation. Depending on the carrier, it’s either a PDF to print and stick on the parcel, or a code to show at the drop-off point. The deadline for shipping the parcel is shown in the order.

The problem: one PDF per order

  • You have to open each conversation, download the label, then print it.
  • On A4, each label takes up a full page, often with lots of white space.
  • Once they’re printed, nothing tells you which label goes on which item.

Merging labels by hand

  1. Download each order’s PDF into the same folder.
  2. Merge them into a single file. On a Mac, open the first one in Preview and drag the others into the thumbnail sidebar. On Windows, any free PDF merge tool will do.
  3. Print everything in one go. To save paper, choose “multiple pages per sheet” if the labels stay readable.
  4. Pencil the item’s reference onto each label.

Thermal printers: 10 × 15 or 4 × 6

If you ship several parcels a week, a thermal label printer is a game changer: no ink, self-adhesive labels in 10 × 15 cm (100 × 150 mm) or 4 × 6 inch (101.6 × 152.4 mm) format, and no more tape or plastic sleeves. In the print dialog, pick your label size and a 100% scale.

Converting an A4 label to 10 × 15

Most carriers give you an A4 page where the label only fills one corner, surrounded by drop-off instructions. Printed as is on 10 × 15, the label ends up tiny. You need to crop it first, then rotate it if it’s in landscape.

Our free 4x6 shipping label converter (in French) does both in seconds, for one or several PDFs at a time, no account needed. The file never leaves your device.

Organizing your packing

  • Give every item a storage spot (bin A1, shelf B…) and note it on its listing: you pick everything up in one round.
  • Sort your parcels by shipping deadline and handle today’s first.
  • Pack, stick the label, tick it off: a list tells you what’s left to do.

All your labels in one click with OnceAndSold

In OnceAndSold, the parcels to pack list is sorted by storage spot, with the shipping deadline in red when it’s close. The Print labels button fetches the Vinted labels for every parcel shown and puts them together in a single PDF, in A4, 10 × 15 or 4 × 6, with each label cropped. For a Leboncoin or eBay sale, attach the downloaded label in one click on the parcel’s row: it gets printed with the rest. Each label has a banner with the item’s reference, storage spot and the start of its title.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I find the shipping label for a Vinted sale?

In the order conversation, once the sale is confirmed. Depending on the carrier the buyer chose, it’s a PDF to print or a code to show at the drop-off point.

Which size should I pick for a thermal printer?

10 × 15 cm (100 × 150 mm) or 4 × 6 inches, depending on your label rolls. First crop the A4 label down to the label itself, then print it at 100% on that size.

How do I turn an A4 shipping label into 10 × 15?

Crop the page to the label, without the instructions, then place it on a 10 × 15 page, rotating it if it’s in landscape. OnceAndSold’s free converter does this automatically for one or several PDFs.

How do I print all my Vinted labels at once?

Download each label and merge the PDFs into a single file, or use OnceAndSold, which automatically gathers the labels for all your parcels to ship, whether from Vinted, Leboncoin or eBay, into one PDF.
