Each item has its own record: photos, description, brand, size, condition, storage location, purchase price and target price. You see at a glance where it is listed and at what price.

An item sells on Vinted? Its Leboncoin and eBay listings are taken down automatically. For an item with several copies, only the quantities go down.

Frequently asked questions

What is crosslisting?

Crosslisting means putting the same item up for sale on several sites at once, for example Vinted, Leboncoin and eBay, so it sells faster. OnceAndSold keeps a single inventory and tracks the status of each listing on each site.

Is OnceAndSold a Vinted bot?

Partly: the extension automates Vinted relisting, offers to members who favourite an item, thanking buyers and leaving reviews. But OnceAndSold also handles Leboncoin and eBay in the same inventory, with listings taken down automatically after a sale.

How do I avoid selling the same item twice?

As soon as a sale is imported or marked in the app, the listings of the same item still live on the other sites are taken down automatically. If there are copies left, only the quantities are adjusted.

Do I have to give my Vinted, Leboncoin or eBay password?

No. You log in to each site yourself in your own Chrome browser. The OnceAndSold extension then reuses your session: the app never sees your passwords.

What do I need to install?

Only Google Chrome on a computer and the OnceAndSold extension, available on the Chrome Web Store. The app opens in a tab, with no software to download.

Are my existing listings imported?

Yes. The import fetches your live listings, with photos, price, brand, size and condition, along with your sales and conversations on Vinted, Leboncoin and eBay. Duplicates across platforms are grouped into a single item.

Is the app available in English?

This page, sign-up and log-in are in English. The app itself, the guides and the documentation are in French for now, and your browser can translate them.

How much does OnceAndSold cost?

OnceAndSold is free during the beta, with no credit card. Every feature is open; AI-written listings are limited to a number of credits per month.
