Switching from Vinteer or VintedCRM to OnceAndSold without re-entering anything

Updated · 5 min read

Switching tools is daunting when you have hundreds of items, each with a purchase price and a storage spot. Good news: with OnceAndSold almost everything comes back on its own, and the rest fits in a CSV file.

Why switch

If your current tool only handles Vinted, every other site is still manual work. OnceAndSold brings Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay, Beebs and Vestiaire Collective into one inventory:

  • Automatic delisting of the other listings as soon as an item sells, so you never sell the same thing twice. How it works.
  • The Vinted automations you know: relisting with refreshed photos, offers to favourites, thank-you messages and reviews.
  • A single inbox for every site, with automatic answers to offers based on your floor price.
  • French micro-business bookkeeping ready: sales ledger, purchase register, PDF invoices, URSSAF summary and DAC7 alerts.
  • Items added from your phone, with the listing written by AI from the photos.

What comes back on its own

No need to export your listings: as soon as you connect your Vinted account, OnceAndSold imports your live listings (photos, price, brand, size, condition), your sales with order tracking and your conversations. Same for Leboncoin, eBay, Beebs and Vestiaire Collective if you sell there too. An item listed on several sites counts only once.

What your CSV export fills in

Vinted doesn’t know what you noted on your side. That’s what your old tool’s file brings:

InformationExamples of recognised columns
Purchase price, date and place“Purchase price”, “Cost”, “Purchase date”, “Supplier”
Storage spot“Location”, “Storage”
Notes“Notes”, “Comment”
Floor price“Min price”, “Floor price”
Weight and shipping cost“Weight”, “Shipping”
Reference (SKU)“SKU”, “Ref”

Columns are recognised by name, in French or English, and you can fix each mapping before importing. The file can come from Vinteer, VintedCRM, Dotb or a plain spreadsheet: save it as CSV (comma or semicolon, either works).

The migration step by step

  1. Create your OnceAndSold account and add the Chrome extension.
  2. Log in to Vinted in Chrome: the import starts on its own. Wait for it to finish, your listings must be in the inventory before the next step.
  3. Export your stock as CSV from your old tool. No export? A copy of your spreadsheet will do.
  4. In the inventory, click Importer (CSV) and pick the file.
  5. Check the suggested columns, then the preview: each row shows whether the item will be completed, is already up to date or wasn’t found.
  6. Confirm: your items are completed in seconds.

The app itself is in French for now; your browser can translate it.

How each row finds its item

Each row of the file is matched to an item already imported, in this order:

  1. by the Vinted listing link or ID, the safest;
  2. otherwise by the reference (SKU);
  3. otherwise by the title, only if it points to a single item.

By default only empty fields are filled and notes are appended to existing ones: nothing you already entered in OnceAndSold is overwritten. A checkbox lets you replace existing values if you prefer. You can run the import as many times as you like.

During the transition

  • Turn off your old tool’s automations (relisting, offers to favourites, messages) before turning on OnceAndSold’s: two tools relisting or sending offers at the same time is the best way to annoy buyers and catch Vinted’s attention.
  • Keep your CSV export: it’s your backup, and you can import it again later.
  • Your data stays yours: OnceAndSold exports your inventory, sales and books as CSV at any time.

Rather we handle it?

Send your export file on the OnceAndSold Discord: we check the columns, run the migration for you and let you know when it’s ready. Free during the beta.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to re-enter everything when leaving Vinteer or VintedCRM?

No. Your Vinted listings, sales and conversations come back through the automatic import as soon as you connect your account. The CSV file exported from your old tool fills in the rest: purchase price, storage spot, notes, weight, floor price.

Could my existing data be overwritten?

No. By default the CSV import only fills empty fields and appends notes to existing ones. You can choose to replace existing values, and a preview shows every change before you confirm.

My old tool has no CSV export: what now?

A home-made spreadsheet works too: you only need one column to find the item (Vinted link, reference or title) and the columns to fill in. Otherwise, message us on Discord and we’ll sort it out together.

Can I use two tools at the same time?

For the inventory yes, but don’t let two tools relist or send offers on Vinted at the same time: turn off the old one’s automations before turning on OnceAndSold’s.
