📦 Orders, parcels and labels

From sale to payment, every order is tracked, and packing parcels is done in a single round.

Order tracking

A sold item follows its order: To ship → Shipped → Delivered → Paid, with the tracking number. The Orders tab lists them with search and filters (customer, status, platform, period) and CSV export; the dashboard shows the current ones with quick action buttons.

Vinted, Leboncoin and eBay statuses are picked up by the import, as is the Leboncoin tracking number (never in place of a number typed by hand). Once paid, the sale leaves the inventory and joins the archive (photos and listings kept), which you can look at in Statistics.

Sale price: when the order can’t be read yet (offer accepted on Vinted, Beebs or Vestiaire sale), the app uses the listing’s price in the meantime, then replaces it with the real price as soon as it reads it, even after archiving. A price you entered or corrected by hand is never replaced.

Parcel tracking

Orders tab → Shipments: every parcel sent, sorted by status (Problem, Ready to collect, On the way, Not dropped off yet, Delivered, No auto tracking; clicking a status filters the list), with the carrier recognised from the tracking number, a Dropped off → In transit → Ready to collect → Delivered bar, the latest event and the history to expand.

• Vinted: tracking is re-read every time the inbox refreshes. Leboncoin: with the sales import.
• The parcel moves the order forward: dropped off → Shipped, delivered → Delivered.
• Other sites: the tracking number opens the carrier’s page.

Parcels to prepare

Orders tab → 📦 Parcels to prepare: the sales to ship, sorted by location (A1, A2, A10, B…) so you can pick everything up in one round. For each parcel: photo, reference, buyer, site and shipping deadline (in red if it’s today or past). Tick packed as you go; the list can be printed.

Print the labels

🏷 Print labels puts the shipping labels of the parcels shown together in a single PDF, in list order, in A4, 10 × 15 cm or 4 × 6 inches (thermal printer) format. Each label is cropped to the label itself, without the instructions or the white margin, and rotated if it’s landscape. Each label carries a strip with the reference, the location and the start of the title.

• Vinted: the label is fetched automatically from the sale’s conversation (Chrome extension).
• Leboncoin: the label (Mondial Relay, Shop2Shop) is fetched automatically with the sale; if it isn’t ready yet, the app tries again a few hours later.
• eBay, Beebs, Vestiaire and others: download the label from the site, then click 📎 Attach shipping label on the order’s or parcel’s row (PDF, PNG or JPG). It’s printed with the others. Click 📎 again to replace it.

The 🏷 Shipping label button on a row, in Orders as in Parcels to prepare, downloads the cropped label for that parcel alone. For a label not linked to any sale, the Convert another label link opens the free A4 to 4x6 converter.
