Selling on Beebs: the guide to kids’ clothes and baby gear

Updated · 5 min read

Beebs is a second-hand app launched by Kiabi, built entirely around kids and parents. Its audience is more targeted than Vinted’s, which makes it ideal for clearing out baby clothes, nursery gear or toys.

What sells well on Beebs

  • Kids’ and baby clothes, from newborn to teen, plus maternity wear.
  • Nursery gear: pushchairs, baby carriers, high chairs, bouncers.
  • Toys, books and games.
  • Bundles: “bundle of 6 bodysuits 3 months” often sells faster than six separate listings, and means fewer parcels to send.

Creating a listing

  1. Photos: laid flat on a light background, with the size label visible and a close-up of any flaws.
  2. Title: item type, brand, size in months or years, colour. Example: “Petit Bateau snowsuit 18 months blue”.
  3. Size and condition: pick them from the lists, they’re the filters parents use.
  4. Price: Beebs suggests a price based on similar items. Also check recent Vinted sales for the same item.

Sale, shipping and payment

  • After the sale, you generate the shipping label in the app and drop the parcel off at a parcel point. The buyer pays for shipping.
  • The money is paid out once the buyer confirms receipt, into your Beebs wallet, which you can transfer to your bank account.
  • A service fee applies to the transaction: check the breakdown shown in the app, as it can change depending on current offers.

Printing your labels on a thermal printer? Our 4x6 converter (in French) crops A4 shipping labels.

Beebs or Vinted?

You don’t have to choose. Vinted has far more buyers; Beebs has buyers who are only looking for kids’ items and are often keener on bundles. Listing your kids’ items on both boosts your chances of selling fast, on one condition: remove the other listing as soon as the item sells.

Beebs, Vinted and the rest in one inventory

OnceAndSold imports your Beebs listings alongside those from Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay and Vestiaire Collective, publishes items from your inventory to Beebs, and automatically removes the other listings after a sale. To compare what you keep on each site, try our fee calculator (in French).
