Getting started with OnceAndSold

Welcome to OnceAndSold! In four steps, your Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay, Beebs and Vestiaire Collective inventory is brought together in one place.

1. Install the Chrome extension

OnceAndSold opens in a Google Chrome tab on a computer (Windows, macOS, Linux or ChromeOS). A small extension links your browser to the app: it’s what opens Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay, Beebs and Vestiaire Collective with your session.

2. Log in to your account

Log in at onceandsold.com/en/login with the email address and password you chose when you signed up. No account yet? Create one here: a 6-digit code is emailed to you to confirm your address.

During the beta, signing up ends with a short application (sites you use, number of items for sale, why you’d like to try it, how you heard about us). Your account is then waiting for approval: you get an email as soon as it’s accepted, and you can log in.

Tip: pin the OnceAndSold tab in Chrome (right-click the tab → Pin). Imports, messages and automatic delisting run as long as the app is open.

3. Connect your selling sites

Platforms tab → Log in to Vinted (then Leboncoin, eBay, Beebs and Vestiaire Collective). The site’s login page opens: you log in yourself, and the app never sees your password.

4. Import your listings

Right after you log in, the app imports your live listings, your sales and your messages. Items already for sale on several sites are grouped into a single item.

Not sure about a setting? The bubble at the bottom right of the app opens the settings assistant: three questions, and it suggests the settings that go with your answers.
Getting started: at the top of the home page, a card tracks your progress (site connected, import, item on a 2nd site, first sale) and offers a single button for the next step. You can hide it; it disappears on its own once everything is done. If you get stuck on a step, we send you a few tips by email at most (unsubscribe link in every email).
