Free A4 to 4x6 shipping label converter
Turn your A4 shipping label into a 4 × 6 inch label for a thermal printer. The label is cropped automatically, without the drop-off instructions or white margins. Everything happens in your browser: no file is uploaded.
How it works
- Download your label from Vinted, eBay or the carrier’s website (usually an A4 PDF).
- Drop it into the converter. You can drop several: they are combined into one PDF, one label per page.
- Check the preview, then download the PDF or print it straight away.
The cropping finds the densest block on the page (frame, barcodes, address) and leaves out the drop-off instructions, cutting lines and margins. A landscape label is turned a quarter turn to fill the portrait page.
Printing 4x6 labels properly
- In the print dialog, choose the 4 × 6 in (or 100 × 150 mm) paper size, matching your labels.
- Set the scale to 100% (or “Actual size”) rather than “Fit to page”, to avoid an extra margin.
- Thermal printer (Zebra, Munbyn, Rollo, Phomemo…): check the driver is set to the same size as the roll.
- No thermal printer? Print on a sheet of adhesive labels or photo paper, at 100% scale.
Some carriers offered on Vinted and eBay give you a QR code to show at the parcel shop or locker instead: then there is nothing to print.
Supported labels
The converter accepts any shipping label as a PDF or an image: Evri, Royal Mail, InPost, DPD, Yodel, UPS, and labels downloaded from Vinted or eBay. A multi-page PDF gives one label per page.
To gather all your Vinted sales’ labels at once, without downloading them one by one, read our guide to printing several Vinted labels at once.
Frequently asked questions
How do I convert an A4 shipping label to 4x6?
Drop the label’s PDF into the converter: the label is found on the page, cropped without the instructions or white margins, and placed on a 4 × 6 inch page. Download the PDF and print it at 100% scale.
Are my labels uploaded to a server?
No. The conversion happens in your browser: the file never leaves your computer or phone. You can even go offline once the page has loaded.
What is the difference between 4x6 and 10x15?
They are almost the same size: 4 × 6 inches is 101.6 × 152.4 mm, 10 × 15 cm is 100 × 150 mm. Pick the one that matches your thermal printer’s labels (4 × 6 is the most common size for thermal labels).
Which carriers does it work with?
Any carrier that gives you a PDF: Evri, Royal Mail, InPost, DPD, Yodel, UPS, as well as labels downloaded from Vinted or eBay. PNG and JPG images work too.
Why isn’t my label cropped?
When the label already fills almost the whole page, or no block clearly stands out, the page is kept whole and simply scaled, so a barcode is never cut off.
Will the barcode still scan?
Yes. For a PDF, the label is cropped without being turned into an image: text and barcodes stay vector and print sharp at any size.
