List everywhere in one click
One item, one button: the app lists the item on every ticked site, filling in the forms for you.
The “List everywhere” button
- Open the item details and tick the sites to list it on, under Listings per platform.
- Click List everywhere (the button appears as soon as two or more sites are ready). Hover over it to see which sites are involved.
- The item details close and you’re back in the inventory: you can move on to the next item while the sites publish, all at the same time. At the end, a message sums up: listed, to finish or failed.
You can also list on a single site with the List on … button on its row, or from the inventory: the item’s ⋯ menu → List on other platforms (the sites where it isn’t live yet).
The preview before listing
Before List everywhere starts, the app shows what will go out on each ticked site (also with the Preview button next to it):
- the title as the site will get it (cut between two words at its limit, 80 characters on eBay);
- the price, after the per-site adjustment and rounding, with how it was worked out;
- the category (chosen, guessed, or left to the site from the title), size, condition, Vinted parcel size and the photos sent;
- the empty fields and the ones that will be guessed, what blocks the listing, and what the site will do if something is missing.
Click List to start, or close it to fix the item. Untick Show this preview before each publish to list straight away (remembered on this device; the Preview button stays).
Follow your listings
The Publishing tab shows every listing in progress or finished, with one row per site and each of its steps live. A failed step is shown in red with the site’s message.
- A failed listing can be restarted with Try again; a finished, failed or to-finish listing can be ignored to remove it from the list. If the site’s page wasn’t the expected form (login, check…), the message says which page opened.
- If Vinted stops right after the listing is sent, it may already exist: when you try again, the app first looks for it in your wardrobe instead of creating a second one.
- The 🔔 bell at the top of the app gathers what needs your input (Your turn: choices to make, anti-bot check…) and the errors to deal with.
When the site asks for information
If a site asks for information the item details don’t give (colour, a category attribute, a condition with no equivalent, an address…), the listing pauses on that step and its card, in Publishing, asks you the question. Once you’ve answered, it carries on where it stopped. Your answer is kept where it will be useful again: on the item details (colour, size, brand, condition, weight), in the site’s choices, or in your settings for the Leboncoin address. With no answer after a few minutes, you take over in the site’s tab.
The question is also remembered for the item’s category: the next time you choose that category, the field appears directly on the item details, and the listing no longer stops to ask for it. These fields are shared between all accounts (never anyone’s answers).
Title or description rejected
When a site rejects the title or description (banned word, too long…), the listing’s card shows the reason and lets you fix the text right in the app, with a suggested corrected title. The item details are updated and the listing goes back to the site. An error already sorted out elsewhere closes on its own.
What happens in Chrome
Each site’s form opens in the background and stays there, so you can carry on elsewhere: it only comes to the front when you need to step in. Photos, title, description and price are typed at a human pace.
If a field can’t be filled in as planned, nothing is sent: you take over with the list of points to check. Finish on the site, then click It’s listed in the app. If the listing couldn’t be published, click Failed: the listing is marked as failed, with a Try again button.
If something is missing (Settings → Fees and prices → Publishing per site), you choose for each site:
- Stop me (default): nothing is sent, as above.
- Draft (Vinted and eBay): the listing is saved as a draft on the site straight away, with the list of what’s missing in Publishing. It shows as To publish in the item, with the draft link.
- Publish anyway: the listing goes out without the missing or wrongly filled field, without asking you in Publishing, and what was missing is noted there. The site may still refuse it: you then take over.
With Draft or Publish anyway, the item no longer needs a brand, condition, weight or the required attributes to start listing. Title, description, photos, price and category are still required everywhere.
Site by site
- Vinted: category chosen on the Vinted row, optional photo touch-ups, boost option. Details: List and relist on Vinted.
- Leboncoin: category chosen from those Leboncoin suggests; condition, brand, size and colour taken from the item details; address and parcel weight filled in. The listing is posted without any paid option, then checked by Leboncoin before going live.
- eBay: category worked out from the title by eBay, condition and required item specifics filled in (brand, size, colour from the item details, the others from eBay’s suggestion). Postage and location are those of your previous listings. For a trading card, say on the eBay row whether it’s graded. If the condition has no equivalent on eBay, or a required item specific is still empty, the question appears in Publishing with the values suggested by eBay, and the listing goes out as soon as you’ve answered. An eBay draft linked to the item can be deleted from your eBay account from the ⋯ menu (Delete the draft), or together with the item.
- Beebs: choose the Beebs category on the Beebs row; attributes (size, condition, brand…) taken from the item details, parcel format worked out from the weight. The address is the one in your Beebs profile. Beebs checks the listing before putting it live.
- Vestiaire Collective: choose the Vestiaire category on the Vestiaire row (the brand is the item’s, to pick from the list if Vestiaire doesn’t know it); at least 2 photos are needed. Nothing is typed: the app submits the listing through the site itself, in a background tab. Condition, colour, material, size and model are taken from the item details; anything missing (a bag’s dimensions, sub-category…) is asked in Publishing and kept for next time. The price is rounded to the euro. If your Vestiaire account has no shipping address, the app asks for it once and adds it. Vestiaire checks every listing before putting it live: it stays To list until then. If Vestiaire still says a field is missing, nothing is submitted: the draft opens so you can finish it and click Soumettre.
The listing’s link is added to the item details as soon as it’s published (Leboncoin and Beebs pick it up just after sending).
A Vestiaire Collective listing created on the site is linked to your item by the import (same title or same photos); published or linked, it benefits from delisting after a sale, offers and price drops.
