Vinted extension: the free Chrome extension to repost, manage and sell everywhere

Updated · 6 min read

Vinted has no official tool for managing lots of listings. A Vinted extension fills the gap: it works in your own Chrome, with your own session, to repost, follow up, reply and track your sales for you. OnceAndSold goes further and puts your eBay listings (and Leboncoin, Beebs or Vestiaire Collective if you sell in France or Belgium) in the same inventory.

The three kinds of Vinted extension

TypeWhat it doesIts limit
Repost botPuts your listings back at the top of the resultsVinted only, nothing on stock or bookkeeping
Management toolTracks stock, sales and figuresOften no automations, or a single site
CrosslisterLists the same item on several sites and takes the other listings down after a saleHas to be properly linked to each site to avoid double sales

OnceAndSold brings all three together: a Vinted bot, an inventory with your figures, and crosslisting to other sites.

What the extension does on Vinted

  • Import of your live listings, with photos, price, brand, size and condition, plus your sales and conversations.
  • Reposting of one listing or a whole selection, with refreshed photos and a price drop if you want. Why relist?
  • Offers to likers: a message with a discount as soon as a member favourites your item, then a reminder.
  • Order automations: a thank-you message, an alert before the shipping deadline and a review for the buyer.
  • Replies to buyers drafted by the AI or taken from your own saved phrases, sent after you check them, or on their own if you switch that on. Vinted auto reply.
  • Bulk editing of the price, title or description of several listings at once.
  • Batched labels: all of the day’s shipping labels in a single PDF. Print your Vinted labels.
  • Holiday mode switched on and off on the dates you choose, with a separate English away message for vinted.co.uk. Vinted holiday mode.

On vinted.co.uk there’s nothing to set: the UK site is recognised when you log in, amounts are shown in pounds, and the AI writes in British English.

One extension for all your sites

The same extension links the app to eBay (ebay.co.uk included), and to Leboncoin, Beebs, Vestiaire Collective and 2ememain for sellers in France and Belgium. An item live on several sites has a single record, and as soon as it sells somewhere, its other listings are taken down automatically. See crosslisting on Vinted and eBay UK.

Listings can be written by the AI from your photos, and the Statistics tab shows your turnover, margins and yearly totals. Selling a lot? Read about HMRC reporting.

Is it safe for your account?

  • No password: you log in to Vinted yourself in Chrome, and the extension reuses your session.
  • Distributed through the Chrome Web Store: each new version is checked by Google before it’s published, and the extension only works on OnceAndSold and the supported selling sites.
  • A reasonable pace: delays between actions, daily limits and sending hours you can set.
  • You stay in control: each automation is switched on separately, and proposals mode shows you the day before what the app will do, with nothing sent until you approve it.
Vinted’s terms of use set rules for automated tools. No tool can guarantee zero risk: keep your settings moderate, especially on a new account.

Install the Vinted extension

  1. Create your OnceAndSold account: free during the beta, no card needed.
  2. Open the extension’s page on the Chrome Web Store, then click Add to Chrome.
  3. Pin the OnceAndSold icon (the puzzle icon to the right of the address bar), then reload the app’s tab.
  4. In the Platforms tab, log in to Vinted and start the import.

The extension then updates itself. The details: install the Chrome extension.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Vinted extension?

It depends on what you need: a repost bot, a stock management tool or a crosslister. OnceAndSold combines all three in one Chrome extension, free during the beta.

Is there a free Vinted extension?

Yes, OnceAndSold is free during the beta, with no card needed. Every feature is available; AI-written listings are limited to a number of credits per month.

Does the Vinted extension work on vinted.co.uk?

Yes. The UK site is recognised when you log in, amounts are shown in pounds sterling and the AI writes listings and replies in British English.

Does it work on Firefox, Safari or my phone?

It works on Google Chrome for desktop. Edge and Brave can install extensions from the Chrome Web Store but aren’t tested. Safari and Firefox aren’t supported. On a phone, the app is for photographing items and getting notifications.

Do I have to give my Vinted password?

No. You log in to Vinted yourself in your own Chrome and the extension reuses your session: the app never sees your password.

Do I need to leave my computer on?

Yes: the automations run in your Chrome browser as long as the OnceAndSold tab is open. Pin the tab so you don’t close it by mistake.
