Vinted bot: the Chrome extension that relists, follows up and tracks your sales

Updated · 5 min read

A Vinted bot handles the repetitive jobs for you: relisting, following up with people who favourited your items, thanking buyers. OnceAndSold does it from a Chrome extension, and also manages your Leboncoin and eBay listings in the same inventory.

What the Vinted bot automates

  • Automatic relisting: one listing, or a whole selection, put back online at the top of the results, with refreshed photos (mirrored, cropped, new background) and a price drop if you want. Why relist?
  • Automatic restocking: an item you have several of is relisted on its own after each sale.
  • Offers to likers: as soon as a member adds your item to their favourites, they get a message with a discount, then a reminder if they don’t reply.
  • Order automations: a thank-you message, an alert before the shipping deadline, an extension request and a 5-star review for the buyer.
  • Bulk editing: change the price, title or description of several listings at once, for example −10% on a whole category.
  • AI-written listings: from your photos, the AI suggests the title, description, brand, size and condition.
  • Batched labels: all of the day’s Vinted shipping labels in a single PDF, in A4 or 4 × 6 in (10 × 15 cm).

More than a bot: Vinted, Leboncoin and eBay in one place

Most bots only deal with Vinted. OnceAndSold is first and foremost a multi-platform inventory: your Vinted, Leboncoin and eBay listings are imported, and as soon as an item sells on one site, its listings on the others are removed automatically. You sell on three sites without ever selling the same item twice. How it works.

You also get the inbox of all three sites in one list, a suggested price based on similar sales, and your micro-entrepreneur (France’s simplified self-employed status) bookkeeping ready to go (sales ledger, purchase register, DAC7 thresholds).

What about your Vinted account’s safety?

OnceAndSold isn’t a robot running on a server with your password:

  • Everything happens in your own Chrome, with your session: you log in to Vinted yourself, and the app never sees your password.
  • A reasonable pace: a delay between relists, a daily maximum, and offers to likers sent in small batches, only during the hours you choose.
  • You decide what gets automated: each automation is switched on and set up separately.
Vinted’s terms of use set rules for automated tools. No tool can guarantee zero risk: keep your settings moderate, especially on a new account.

Install the bot in 3 steps

  1. Create your OnceAndSold account: free during the beta, no credit card needed.
  2. Add the OnceAndSold extension from the Chrome Web Store.
  3. Log in to Vinted (and Leboncoin or eBay if you like), then start the import: your listings show up in the app within a few minutes.

Then switch on the automations you need in Settings. The details: offers to likers, order automations, relisting (in French).

Frequently asked questions

Is the OnceAndSold bot free?

Yes, OnceAndSold is free during the beta, with no credit card needed. Every feature is available; AI-written listings are limited to a number of credits per month.
