Order automations
The little jobs that come with every sale, done for you. Everything is set in Settings → Sales, off by default.
Thank-you message
On Vinted and Leboncoin, a few minutes after the sale, a message goes to the buyer in the purchase conversation (unless you’ve already written to them). eBay and Beebs don’t link the sale to a conversation. Variables: {pseudo} (username), {article} (item), {prix} (price). Write several variants separated by a --- line: one is picked at random for each sale.
Parcel tracking messages
Three messages to turn on one by one, each with its own text (variants separated by ---, sample texts are provided):
- “Parcel shipped” message: when the order switches to Shipped (Vinted, Leboncoin, or parcel picked up according to tracking).
{suivi}adds the tracking number when it’s known. - “Parcel arrived at the pick-up point” message: based on parcel tracking, only once, and not if the parcel has already been collected.
- “Sale completed” message: when the order is complete (Vinted, Leboncoin).
Each message goes out 10 to 45 minutes after the step. A step already passed sends nothing, and neither does a cancelled order.
Follow up an accepted but unpaid offer
On Vinted and Leboncoin, if the buyer doesn’t pay after you’ve accepted their offer, a follow-up message goes out after 2, 4, 6 (default), 12 or 24 hours. {prix} gives the offer amount. Only one follow-up per offer, only if nothing has happened since (no purchase, message or new offer) and the item is still for sale.
Alert before the shipping deadline
Choose how long before (12 to 48 hours). The alert shows on the dashboard and goes to your webhook. You can request an extension of the shipping deadline in one click, or let it go out automatically when the alert fires. The buyer accepts or declines it, as on Vinted.
5-star review
When the order is complete, the app leaves the buyer a 5-star review with your comment (400 characters at most).
Safety rules
- Only sales made after the option is turned on are included.
- Messages and reviews go out during the after-sale message hours you choose (8 am to 10 pm by default, Paris time) and are spaced a few minutes apart; the extension request goes out as soon as possible.
- With proposal mode, each message waits for your approval.
- At the slightest refusal from the site, everything stops for 24 hours; a message is never resent automatically.
- The app must be open in Chrome.
