Getting started
Connect your selling sites
Each site connects in one click from the Platforms tab. You log in yourself: OnceAndSold then reuses your session.
Connect Vinted
- Platforms tab (or the extension’s icon) → Log in to Vinted.
- Vinted’s login page opens in Chrome, straight on the email / password form.
- Log in as usual. The app detects the login and the Vinted card switches to Connected.
If Chrome loses the session (cookies cleared…), the app restores it when you click Open Vinted. If Vinted has expired it, the tab switches to the login page: just log in again.
Several Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay, Beebs or Vestiaire Collective accounts
Do you sell with several accounts on the same site? In the Platforms tab, the bottom of each site’s card (Other Vinted accounts, Other eBay accounts…) links several of them to your OnceAndSold account. Each account has its own Chrome profile and its own proxy: the site never sees it on the same connection as another. Your usual account (your Chrome, without a proxy) stays the main account: only add the others. The example below uses Vinted; it’s the same on the other sites.
- In Chrome, create a new profile for this account (avatar at the top right → Add → Continue without an account), install the extension and log in to OnceAndSold. Don’t go to Vinted in this profile yet.
- Buy an ISP proxy (“static residential”) in France, with HTTP access: one fixed IP per account, never shared, to keep for good. No rotating proxy, datacentre proxy, VPN or SOCKS.
- Still in this new profile, Platforms tab → Vinted card → + Add an account: enter its username and the proxy (
address:port:username:password). The app tests the proxy and sets it in this profile straight away. - Then log in to Vinted with this account, ticking “Stay logged in”.
From then on, always reopen the same profile for this account, and never log in to any other account in it. The app warns you if the profile already has Vinted cookies. If the IP seen by the profile changes or the proxy stops responding, Vinted is cut off in this profile, never opened with your real IP: get the original IP back from your provider, or confirm the change.
A single profile can hold one account per site: on an account’s row, + Another site on this profile adds, for example, your eBay or Leboncoin account to it, with the same proxy, at no extra cost. If the IP changes, all the sites in this profile are cut off.
When you publish or schedule listings, the List on which sites? window asks which account to use on each site. An account’s listings are published from its Chrome profile: keep OnceAndSold open in that profile. Each account has its own publishing queue: pace, limit and pause after an anti-bot check are counted separately.
Linking a Chrome profile to an account needs a recent extension: 1.20.0 for Vinted, 1.23.0 for Leboncoin, 1.24.0 for eBay, Beebs and Vestiaire Collective. 2ememain doesn’t support multiple accounts.
Limits per account
In Settings › Sales › Limits per account, choose how many automatic actions each account does at most per day: scheduled listings, relists, price changes (drops and rises) and offers to likers (follow-ups included).
- An empty box follows the automation’s usual limit: as long as you leave it alone, nothing changes. 0 turns the action off for this account.
- The counter resets every day at midnight (Paris time). Once the limit is reached, the rest waits until the next day. The figure next to each box shows where the account stands today.
- An action counts for the account of the Chrome profile where the app is open: your usual Chrome for the main account, an account’s profile for that account.
- Items held back appear in Skipped and why with the reason “Daily limit reached for this account (12/12)”. In proposals mode, the What the app will do page puts them under Tomorrow.
Connect Leboncoin, eBay, Beebs and Vestiaire Collective
Same idea: Log in to Leboncoin, eBay, Beebs or Vestiaire Collective opens the site’s login page, you log in, and the app recognises your account. The import of your listings starts straight away.
If a session expires, syncing stops immediately and the app asks you to log in to that site again.
What the app sees (and doesn’t)
- Never your passwords: you type them yourself on the official site.
- Session cookies are kept in your OnceAndSold space, isolated from other accounts, so the app can act on your behalf.
- To cut off access, log out of the site in question: the saved session no longer works.
