Stay in control of automations

Want to see it before it goes out? Everything is set in Settings → Sales.

Proposal mode

With Proposal mode (off by default), the app first shows what it would do (“Tomorrow: relist Zara jumper at −5%, lower Levi’s jeans to €22”) in the What the app will do tab. Nothing is sent without your approval.

  • I approve: the day before, what the app will do the next day (default) or the same day. The day before, only drops, rises and relists are planned; offers, replies and order messages are approved on the day.
  • On each row: Confirm or Dismiss (then Cancel), or Approve all. An approved action goes out at its usual time; a reply to an offer goes out straight away.
  • Covers price changes, relists, listing of new items, offers to likers and follow-ups, replies to offers, thank-yous, reviews, extensions and after-sale actions. Delisting after a sale stays automatic, to avoid double sales.
  • A choice is kept for 14 days. An action for today that hasn’t been approved doesn’t go out.

Ramp-up

Tick Ramp-up: for 24 hours, the app does 5 automatic actions at most in total (price drops, relists, offers to likers, order messages…), so you can calmly check everything works. After that, each automation goes back to its usual pace. Untick then tick again for a new ramp-up. Vinted shipping deadline extensions don’t count.

Rest days

😴 Rest days: tick, for each site, the days when the app does nothing on its own (6 at most, Paris time): no scheduled listing, relist, offer to likers, reply to offers or price change. Order messages and delisting of sold items carry on, and List right now still goes through.

Smart selling

Settings → Publishing → Smart selling (off by default): more actions at the hours your buyers are around, fewer at quiet times (shorter breaks in the publishing queue and between offers to likers, relists placed at peak hours). Your hours and limits don’t change. It first needs 30 purchases, favourites or buyer messages over 12 months (a purchase counts three times): until then, nothing changes.

To limit each account: Limits per account.
