Unified inbox
A single inbox for all your sites.
All your conversations
Messages tab: a red badge flags unread ones. Filter by platform, by unread, or search for a member, an item, some text. One click shows the whole thread (messages, offers, messages from the site); View the item opens the linked item details.
As long as the app is open, each site’s inbox refreshes at the interval chosen in Settings → Import → Check intervals (1 hour by default, 15 minutes at the shortest), and when you open the tab if the last refresh is older. The Refresh button works at any time.
Reply
On Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay and Beebs, write under the conversation and send (⌘/Ctrl + Enter). The draft is kept until sending is confirmed; a message is never resent automatically.
- Leboncoin: text only, attachments are sent from Leboncoin.
- Beebs: Beebs doesn’t link a conversation to a listing, so the thread has no link to the item.
- Vestiaire Collective: the site has no free-form messages. Each negotiation becomes a conversation with its history, and you reply with Accept, Decline or Counter-offer.
Ask the AI writes a draft reply based on the conversation and the item (0.01 credit), which you check before sending.
Quick replies
Save your standard messages and insert them in one click. They’re sorted by use. Variables replaced when inserted: {membre} (member), {article} (item), {prix} (price), {site}. The Manage button under the reply box lists them, edits them and adds new ones.
Add keywords to a quick reply and it becomes a frequent question: it’s suggested first (💡 chip) when the buyer’s last message contains one of these words. See Frequent questions.
Translate a conversation
The buyer writes in another language? 🌐 Translate shows the translation under each of their messages (0.01 AI credit the first time, then only for new messages; last 30 messages at most); 🌐 Original text goes back to the original. Once their language is known, 🌐 In English (or their language) translates the reply you wrote before sending (0.01 credit): check it, ⌘/Ctrl + Z brings back your text.
Drafts written on their own, replies sent without reviewing, “My replies” mode: see AI replies and frequent questions.
Advice on offers received
When a buyer makes an offer that’s still pending, a banner compares it with the item’s floor price:
- above the floor: accept;
- under 60% of the floor: decline;
- in between: counter-offer halfway to the target price, never below the floor.
On Vinted, accept, decline or make your counter-offer straight from the banner (or Other price…). On Leboncoin, the counter-offer is sent from the app; accepting or declining is done from the app when Leboncoin allows it, otherwise the banner sends you to the site. On eBay (“Best Offer”) and Vestiaire Collective, all three replies are sent from the app.
Automatic negotiation
Settings → Sales → Automatic negotiation (off by default) applies the same rule to every offer received on Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay and Vestiaire Collective. Item sold or reserved: declined. Loyal buyer: accepted a little below the floor; blacklist: never a counter-offer.
- I approve: replies are prepared and wait for you in the inbox, one click is enough.
- Automatic: they go out on their own when the inbox refreshes.
- Only offers received after the option is turned on count. 5 replies at most per refresh, and after 2 counter-offers in the same conversation (adjustable), the next one waits for your approval. An offer never gets two automatic replies.
- The decline threshold (60% of the floor by default, from 10 to 95%) is set in Customise. Remember to fill in your items’ floor price.
Counter-offer descent
In Customise, Counter-offer descent chooses how the app comes down towards the floor when the buyer insists:
- Halfway from the offer (default);
- In 1 step (to the floor);
- In 2 steps or In 3 steps: equal steps from the target price down to the floor, one step per new offer.
Max. auto counter-offers: 2 by default (from 0 to 5); beyond that, the counter-offer is prepared and waits for your approval.
Items without a floor: discount by price range
Without a floor price on the item, an offer gets no automatic reply. To avoid that, set a maximum discount by price range: “Up to €20: −10%”, “Up to €50: −15%”, “Above: −20%”… For example, −15% on a €40 listing gives a €34 floor.
- Empty by default: no tiers.
- The item’s floor price, then the margin rule, come before the tier.
- For a loyal buyer, a floor taken from a tier can be slightly exceeded; the item’s floor, never.
Message added to the reply
The Add a message to the reply, in the buyer’s language (Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay) box, off by default: a short message goes out right after the acceptance, counter-offer or decline. Three texts to set (Offer accepted, Counter-offer, Offer declined), with {membre} (member) {article} (item) {offre} (offer) {prix} (counter-offer price).
- Translated into the buyer’s language: 0.01 AI credit. If the translation fails, or if the message isn’t ready after 15 minutes, the reply to the offer goes out without it.
- No message for an item sold or reserved. On eBay, the message goes in the reply’s « Add a message » field (230 characters at most); if eBay doesn’t offer that field, the reply goes out without it. Vestiaire Collective doesn’t have one.
Simulator
The Simulator (a phone in the settings) shows what the negotiation would reply with your settings, even before they’re saved: enter the Listed price, the Item floor price (empty: tier) and the Buyer’s offer, and watch the conversation unfold if the buyer sticks to their offer.
