OnceAndSold Documentation Français Chrome extension

Getting started

Install the Chrome extension

The extension is the link between the app and the selling sites. You install it once and it updates itself.

What is it for?

Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay, Beebs and Vestiaire Collective don’t offer any official way to manage your listings from another tool. The extension lets OnceAndSold work in your own Chrome, with your session, exactly as if you were clicking yourself: importing your listings, publishing, removing a sold listing, sending a message…

  • It does nothing on its own: every action is decided by the app.
  • It only works on Vinted and eBay (UK, France, Belgium), Leboncoin, Beebs, Vestiaire Collective, 2ememain and OnceAndSold.
  • Your passwords never go through it: you log in to each site yourself.

Installation

  1. Open the extension’s page on the Chrome Web Store: OnceAndSold extension.
  2. Click Add to Chrome, then Add extension.
  3. Click the puzzle icon to the right of the address bar, then the pin next to OnceAndSold to keep its icon visible.
  4. Reload the OnceAndSold tab if it was already open.

The extension then updates itself. If the app asks you for a newer version: Update the extension.

Check everything works

Open the app and go to the Platforms tab: the Log in to Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay, Beebs and Vestiaire Collective buttons appear as soon as the extension is detected. Clicking the extension’s icon also shows a short summary (connections, stock) and an Open the app link.

If the app still asks you to install the extension, see the troubleshooting guide.

OnceAndSold works on Google Chrome for desktop. Chrome-based browsers (Edge, Brave…) can install extensions from the Chrome Web Store, but they aren’t tested. Safari and Firefox aren’t supported for now.

On a phone, open OnceAndSold in your browser, then Add to Home screen: the app then opens full screen, like an app. Handy for creating an item and taking the photos on the spot (see Photograph your items with your phone); publishing, importing and automations go through Chrome on your computer, where the extension is installed.
