List multiple Vinted items at once, starting from your photos
Updated · 5 min read
You’ve cleared out a wardrobe or bought a bundle: twenty items to list. On Vinted, each listing is filled in by hand, one at a time. With a bit of method, the evening becomes an hour.
What Vinted lets you do
Vinted’s form creates one listing at a time: photos, title, description, category, brand, size, condition, price, parcel size. So the time goes on preparation: sorting photos and writing the text.
1. Photograph everything in one session
Set up a photo corner: daylight, a plain background, always in the same place.
Photograph the items in order, one after another: front, back, label, details, flaws.
Mark the switch from one item to the next: a photo of your hand, or simply a pause of a few seconds.
A description template with the details that come up again and again: measurements, fabric, “quick postage”, “bundles welcome”.
A title built the same way every time: type of item + brand + size + colour.
A price grid per type of item, so you don’t have to think on every listing.
3. Post at a human pace
Twenty listings in ten minutes doesn’t look like an ordinary seller. Spread them out instead:
a few listings in a row, then a break;
a dozen listings a day at most on a new account;
at the times your buyers are online, often evenings and weekends: a new listing gets the most views in its first few hours.
It’s faster on a computer
Typing twenty descriptions on a phone is a chore. On Vinted on PC, you copy and paste your template, add photos from a folder and switch between tabs.
Twenty listings from your photos with OnceAndSold
With OnceAndSold’s bulk import:
Upload all the photos at once (150 at most): the app sorts them in the order they were taken and splits them into items, based on the time gaps between photos. You correct the split if needed.
The AI writes each item’s details from the photos: title, description, brand, size, condition and weight, and suggests a Vinted category. Fields it’s unsure about are outlined; you read through and add the price.
Click Schedule and choose the sites: Vinted, eBay, Vestiaire Collective, Leboncoin, Beebs. The listings go out on their own in small batches, on your days and at your times, with a maximum per day and per site.
Your listing templates (with variables and SKU) complete the details, and you can also take the photos with your phone and find them straight away on the computer. The details: bulk import and scheduled listing.
Not directly: Vinted’s form creates one listing at a time. A tool like OnceAndSold creates the item details from your photos, then posts the listings one after another, in small batches.
How many items should I list on Vinted per day?
Vinted doesn’t publish a limit. On a new account, play it safe: a dozen listings a day at most, spread through the day rather than in one burst.
What time should I post on Vinted?
When your buyers are online, often evenings and weekends. A new listing is most visible in its first few hours.
Can AI write my Vinted listings?
Yes: from the photos, it suggests the title, description, brand, size and condition. Always read the details through, especially the size and any flaws, before posting.
