Listing templates and references
Write your layout once (title, description, notes), and the app fills it in for each item.
Create a template
Settings → New item → Listing templates → Manage templates, or from an item: 📋 Template → Save these item details as a template. A template has a name, a title, a description and a folder; it can also set the category, brand, condition, parcel weight and target price when those fields are empty. 200 templates at most.
Variables (click to insert them): {titre} (title) {description} {marque} (brand) {modele} (model) {taille} (size) {couleur} (colour) {matiere} (material) {etat} (condition) {defauts} (flaws) {mesures} (measurements) {made_in} {categorie} (category) {ref} {hashtags} {mots_cles} (keywords).
- A line whose variables are all empty disappears; in the title, an empty piece between two separators (
|-·/) does too. Title cut at 100 characters. - The item’s Details for listing templates section (model, material, measurements, flaws, made in) fills in the variables of the same name.
- An automatic reference (ART-0042) is never written.
Apply a template
On the item, 📋 Template → choose it. The text then follows the brand, size, colour… until you edit it by hand; Remove template goes back to the original text.
Apply automatically: the template is applied when the AI fills in an item (Fill in with AI), for certain brands, a category, or everything else. The most specific template wins (brand before category).
Sort, import, export
Folders, Sort by category or by brand, search, Duplicate, sorting by use; duplicates are flagged. Import (JSON) brings in templates from another tool: variables written differently ({{brand}}, [marque]…) are corrected, and a condition written out in full becomes {etat}. Export saves them.
Your reference (SKU) in your listings
Do you already write your reference in your listings (“#A123”, “Ref. 42”)? Settings → New item → Your reference written in your listings → Configure: click your reference in a listing and the app works out the rule, or set it by hand (where to read it, in the title or the description, how it starts). A reference always contains a number.
The preview shows how many items it’s found on, and the duplicates. Tick Use this rule for imports and matching across sites; Update n references only replaces automatic ART-xxxx references. Off by default.
