Bulk import and scheduled listing

Photographed 20 items? Upload all the photos at once: the app sorts them by item, the AI writes the details, and the listings go out on the sites of your choice, at your pace.

1. Upload the photos

  1. + New item → ⇪ Bulk import.
  2. Enter the number of items and add all the photos (150 at most).
  3. The app sorts them in the order they were taken and splits them into items: a time gap between two photos marks the start of a new item.

2. Correct the split

Check each group: move a photo to another item (Move here), choose the main photo, cut a group in two (✂) or merge it with the next one (⇅ Merge). Re-split starts again from a different number of items. The split is saved as you go: you can close the window and come back later. Then click Create N items: each one is created as a draft with its photos.

3. Details filled in by AI

The AI writes the title, description, brand, size, condition and weight from the photos, one item after another (keep the window open). Fields it’s unsure about are outlined. The app also suggests a Vinted category for each item. Read through each item (Open item details) and add the price.

See also Item details filled in by AI (monthly allowance).

4. Schedule the listing

When the items are ready, click 📅 Schedule and choose the sites: Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay, Beebs and/or Vestiaire Collective (those ticked by default in Settings are preselected). You can also do it later: tick items in the inventory, then 📅 Schedule in the bottom bar, or ⋯ menu → Schedule the listing.

The listings go out on their own, like someone posting in small batches. Each site follows its own pace: two different sites can publish at the same time, never two listings on the same one. Everything is set in Settings → Publishing:

  • publishing days and time slots (Paris time);
  • pace: listings per batch, minutes between two listings, break between two batches, maximum over 24 hours (per site).

See scheduled listings shows those planned, published and failed. The Statistics tab shows the days and times when your buyers are active.

Good to know: scheduled listing happens while the app is open in Chrome. It stops for 24 hours on a site that asks for an anti-bot check, and a listing that fails is never retried on its own.
