Notifications and dormant listings
Hear about a sale or a problem on your phone, through Discord.
Set up the webhook
- Create a webhook on your Discord server (Edit Channel → Integrations → Webhooks).
- Paste its address into Settings → Notifications → Webhook URL (settings save themselves).
- Click Send a test.
Tick what you want to receive: each new sale, each listing published (as soon as it’s live on a site, with its link) and/or errors (publishing, import, messages) with a link to the dashboard.
Monthly report by email
In Settings → Notifications, turn on Monthly report by email: on the 1st of every month at 9 am, you get a summary of the past month: turnover and change, margin (or net after fees if your purchase prices aren’t filled in), best site, best sale, dormant stock and time saved thanks to the automations (listings, relists, delistings and messages). Nothing is sent for a month without sales.
Dormant listings
Once a day, the app can suggest on the webhook that you relist with a price drop the Vinted listings that aren’t selling. In Settings → Sales → Dormant listings, set: live for N days, fewer than N favourites, suggested drop, delay before suggesting again, time of the message.
The message lists the listings and the suggested price (never below the floor price), and its link opens the relisting with the prices already filled in.
With Relist on its own, no more message: the app relists these listings itself on the ticked sites (Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay, Beebs), at the suggested price, with your latest photo touch-up. Outside Vinted, the listing is deleted then published again, without boost or promotion. Times are picked at random within your time slot, at least 15 minutes apart, without going over your limit (12 Vinted listings a day in all). Keep OnceAndSold open in Chrome; an anti-bot check pauses everything for 24 hours.
Errors to deal with
Any automatic action that fails (publishing, delisting, import…) appears in Errors to deal with on the dashboard, with its message and a button to try again or ignore it.
The 🔔 bell at the top of the app shows them again, along with what needs your input (Your turn); Clear all empties the list. Detailed tracking of each listing is in the Publishing tab: see Follow your listings.
