Getting started
Import your listings and sales
No need to type everything again: OnceAndSold brings in your live listings, your sales and your conversations.
Start an import
The import starts on its own after you connect a site. To rescan or resync your listings from a site (Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay…), restart it at any time from the Platforms tab, on the site’s card (Restart the import, or Import my listings if no import has succeeded yet), or from the extension’s icon (Import). A tab for the site opens in the background, then closes at the end.
To add more copies of an item you already have, change its Quantity on its sheet in the Inventory.
What gets imported
| Listings | Sales | Messages | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vinted | Photos, price, brand, size, condition | Yes, with order tracking | Yes, reply from the app |
| Leboncoin | Photos, price, condition, category, views, favourites | Yes, with the shipping label | Yes, reply from the app |
| eBay | Photos, price, quantity, views, watchers | Yes, with tracking (paid, shipped, delivered) | Yes, reply from the app |
| Beebs | Photos, price, brand, condition, views, favourites | Yes, when the listing switches to sold | Yes, reply from the app |
| Vestiaire Collective | Photos, price, brand, condition, category, favourites | Yes | Offers only (the site has no free-form messages) |
Vestiaire Collective: the import links listings created on the site to your items. A listing published from the app is already linked: it stays To list while Vestiaire checks it, turns Live at the next import once approved, and Delisted if Vestiaire rejected it.
A listing that’s no longer online on the site (sold, deleted, expired) switches to delisted in the inventory. On Vinted, a deleted listing is only marked as delisted after a full re-read of your listings and your sales: a sale is never mistaken for a deletion.
During the import, the panel shows the current step (listings, details, sales, messages, photos), the progress and the estimated time left. The first import of a large stock can take more than 10 minutes: you can carry on using the app.
No duplicates between platforms
When an imported listing matches an item already in stock, it’s attached to it instead of creating a new item:
- same title, ignoring capitals, accents and punctuation;
- or a photo in common, even if the site has resized or recompressed it.
Importing again never creates duplicates, and your changes in the app always come first: only empty fields are filled in.
The Leboncoin logo on photos
Leboncoin stamps a small white “leboncoin” logo in a corner of every listing photo. Reposted as is on Vinted, eBay or elsewhere, it looks less clean and shows where the photo comes from. The app removes it:
- on import, automatically, for every new photo coming from Leboncoin (Settings → Import → Remove the Leboncoin logo from imported photos, on by default);
- in one click on an item linked to Leboncoin: 🧽 Remove Leboncoin logo, below the photos. A preview shows each photo before/after, zoomed on the logo corner; untick the ones you want to keep as they are.
Only the logo pixels change: the photo is never cropped, nothing of the item is cut off. The background under the logo is rebuilt from what surrounds it. If the logo is not recognised with certainty, the photo stays as it is.
The original is kept: the ↺ button on a cleaned photo puts it back.
Coming from another tool?
Vinteer, VintedCRM, Dotb or a spreadsheet: export your stock as CSV from your old tool, then Import (CSV) at the top of the inventory. Each item is matched (Vinted link or ID, otherwise reference, otherwise title) and completed with what Vinted doesn’t keep: purchase price, location, notes, weight. Run the Vinted import first so your listings are already there.
Would you rather not deal with it? Send us your export on Discord: we’ll do the migration for you.
Automatic import
In Settings → Import, choose a frequency (from every hour to once a day). The import restarts when you open the app, or when you browse Vinted, if the last one is older than the chosen frequency. One platform after another. Without automatic import, Vinted is still re-read once a day, when you open the app.
Between two imports, the app only checks your sales on every platform, as long as it’s open. The interval is set site by site in Settings → Import → Check intervals (1 hour by default, from 5 minutes to 8 hours), separately for sales and messages. If email checking is on, it’s the emails that announce sales and the sites are only checked every 3 hours at most: a sale is recorded and the item removed from the other sites without waiting for the next import. Listings published from the app are added to the inventory as soon as they’re published.
Even faster: link your mailbox, and the app sees your sales as soon as the site sends you its email, even with Chrome closed. Checks on the sites then become less frequent. See Sales and purchases read from your emails.
