🏖️ Holiday mode

Going away? The app pauses everything, lets buyers know and starts again on its own when you’re back.

Schedule time away

1. Settings → Sales → 🏖️ Holiday mode → Schedule time away.
2. Leaving: first day away. Back: first day you ship. 90 days at most, Paris time.
3. Save time away. This section is saved separately from the other settings.

While you’re away, a 🏖️ banner reminds you at the top of the app. Paused: the publishing queue, relists and automatic relisting, offers to likers and follow-ups, replies to offers, price drops and rises. Cancel time away starts everything again straight away.

Away reply

Reply to buyers who message you while you’re away (ticked by default): once per conversation, on Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay and Beebs, instead of the AI replies. Away message variables: {retour} (back) and {depart} (leaving). A separate message in English is used for vinted.co.uk and ebay.co.uk.

The sites’ own holiday mode

Also turn on the sites’ own holiday mode (each site off by default):

• Vinted: your listings are hidden, from the day you leave until you’re back. The app must be open in Chrome on those days.
• eBay: time away scheduled with its dates and eBay’s automatic reply (the app’s reply then doesn’t go out on eBay). Pause eBay sales while you’re away (ticked by default): 30 days at most.
• Vestiaire Collective: “Holiday mode” scheduled with its dates.

Leboncoin and Beebs have no holiday mode: your listings stay visible there (deleting them would lose their age). If a site couldn’t be set, the app tells you and tries again an hour later.
