Change your password

In the app, My account button at the top right: enter your current password, then the new one (10 characters at least). The same menu lets you log out.

Forgotten password

Write to steff.viernes@gmail.com with your account’s email address: you’ll be given a new password, to change afterwards in My account.

Your data

• Each account has its own space: inventory, photos, site sessions and settings are never shared with other accounts.
• The only exception, which is optional: the anonymous sharing of sales for the suggested price.
• You can export your inventory, your sales and your accounts as CSV at any time.

Delete your account

Deletion is done on request: in the app, click Help · Bug · Idea at the top right, then Ask a question, and ask for your account to be deleted. Without access to the app, write to steff.viernes@gmail.com from your account’s email address.

• Deletion is permanent: account, inventory, photos, site sessions, sales, accounting, settings and conversations with the team are erased, and your sales are removed from the suggested price. Export what you want to keep as CSV first.
• Your Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay, Beebs and Vestiaire Collective accounts aren’t touched: listings already online stay there. Take them down first if you no longer want to sell them.
• Then uninstall the extension in chrome://extensions.
