🧾 After-sale actions on the sites

The clicks you need to make on the sites after a sale, done by the app from your Chrome. Each action has its own switch in Settings → Sales, off by default.

Confirm availability on Leboncoin

After a purchase paid on Leboncoin, you have 48 hours to confirm the item is available, otherwise the sale is cancelled. The app confirms for you, right away or a few hours after the purchase (1 to 36 hours). Confirming unlocks the shipping label, which the app then fetches.

Mark as shipped on eBay

When you set an eBay order to Shipped in the app, or enter its tracking number, the app opens the right eBay page in front and tells you which number to paste: you just confirm.

Order the Vinted label

As soon as it sells, the app orders the Colissimo label, to drop in your letterbox or at a post office / pickup point (your choice). It is then downloaded like the other labels. If the carrier the buyer chose does not offer this drop-off, or needs a pickup date, the app tells you and you order it on Vinted.

Cancel a sale

On a Leboncoin, Vestiaire Collective or eBay order not shipped yet, the ✖ button in Orders cancels the sale on the site, after showing you what the site warns about:

• Leboncoin: you may get an automatic 1-star rating; the buyer is refunded automatically.
• Vestiaire Collective: your seller stats and badges can drop; not possible once the parcel has shipped.
• eBay: an out-of-stock cancellation counts as a transaction defect; the buyer gets a full refund. eBay’s cancellation page opens, you pick the reason and confirm.

Double sale: when an item already sold elsewhere is bought on one of these sites, the app suggests cancelling that second sale. With the Cancel a double sale automatically switch, it cancels it without waiting.

Safety rules

• Only sales made after you turn an option on count.
• With proposals mode (Settings → Sales), each action waits for your approval in “What the app will do”.
• One action at a time per site; a failure is retried an hour later, three times at most. An interrupted action is never retried on its own: check on the site.
• The app must be open in Chrome with the extension.
