Getting started
Belgium, the UK and 2ememain
Selling from Belgium or the UK? The app adapts to the site you log in to.
Vinted and eBay in Belgium or the UK
Vinted and eBay exist as .fr, .be and .co.uk. There’s nothing to set: in the Platforms tab, log in on your country’s site, and the country is recognised when you log in, then kept with the session. Forgetting the session takes you back to the French site.
- Belgium: in euros and in French. On eBay, only the French version (befr.ebay.be) is supported, not the Dutch one.
- United Kingdom: in pounds sterling. The AI writes listings and replies in British English, and the Vinted and eBay forms are filled in in English (some Vinted sizes follow a different chart). Holiday mode has a separate away message in English.
2ememain.be
2ememain card in the Platforms tab (extension 1.24.0 at least): log in on 2ememain.be, and the app recognises your session.
- Sync: your listings are read (1,200 at most) and linked to the item with the same title or the same photos, otherwise a new item is created. 2ememain has no sales page: a listing that disappears (sold, deleted, or expired after 4 weeks) switches to Delisted.
- Listing from the item details: the app fills in and submits the form, always as a free listing. The category comes from 2ememain’s suggestions (with no suggestion, choose it in the tab). 60-character title, 4,000-character description, 24 photos. “Pick-up or Shipping” delivery with Bpost, parcel size based on the weight.
- Postcode: Settings → New item → Postcode for 2ememain (4 Belgian digits), typed in at each listing and shown on the listing.
- Delisting after a sale and rest days work on 2ememain. No messages, scheduled listing, multiple accounts, offers to likers or automatic price drop yet. Payment is made hand to hand.
App language and currency
FR / EN buttons at the top of the app, or Settings → Language and currency:
- App language: Automatic (browser language), Français or English. On automatic, any language other than French gives English. The choice also applies to emails and your other devices.
- Currency for amounts: Automatic (site of the Vinted or eBay account), Euro or Pound sterling. The currency doesn’t convert anything: it only changes the symbol and format of amounts. A British Vinted or eBay account switches it to pounds on its own.
The documentation is also available in French.
