Dashboard, statistics and accounting
See at a glance what your stock is worth and what you really earn.
Dashboard
The home page is made of widgets: key figures (stock, value, parcels to ship, sales this month, margin…), current orders, things to do, live listings, an inventory preview, sales over 7, 30 or 90 days, latest messages, shortcuts, dormant stock, sales goal. Errors to deal with are shown there too.
Customise button at the top: drag widgets to reorder them, change their width, set their options (filter and site for the inventory preview, sales period…), remove them or add a widget. Your layout is saved.
Statistics
The Statistics tab covers your whole history: turnover, net profit, margin, return on purchases, time to sell, turnover by month, by platform and by category, best sales. Archived sales are listed there, with CSV export, and can be restored.
Best times to list
In Statistics, a grid shows your buyers’ activity by day and hour (Paris time): sales, favourites, messages and offers, read from the inbox notifications. Choose the activity shown (All activity, Sales, Favourites, Messages and offers) and hover over a cell for details. Next to it: sales by day of the week.
- The app works out the busiest hours, the best 2-hour slots and the day you sell the most. Below 15 events over the period, the trend is flagged as uncertain.
- Use as listing times: scheduled publishing runs from one hour before each peak until it ends. Days and pace stay as set in Settings; the app asks before changing anything.
No activity shown? Refresh the inbox to fill it in.
Share my results
📣 Share my results button at the top of Statistics: a portrait social-media image (1080 × 1350) of your sales for the day, the week (since Monday) or the month.
- Untick Show amounts to show only the number of sales; Show profit is off by default and only counts sales whose purchase price is known. Your choice is remembered on this device.
- ⇩ Download saves the image; on a phone, Share… sends it straight to an app.
- If your account has a referral code, it appears on the image and 🔗 Copy my referral link shows up.
Dormant stock
Also in Statistics: items in stock for more than 90 days, 6 months or 1 year (purchase date, otherwise first listed), with the money tied up (purchase price × quantity). For each one, a suggestion:
- List it if it isn’t listed anywhere;
- Bundle for small items (€10 or less) of the same brand or category;
- Donate for an item at €5 or less, live for 9 months without a single favourite;
- otherwise a price drop of 15, 25 or 35% depending on how long it’s been there, never below the floor price.
The list can be exported as CSV.
Micro-entreprise bookkeeping
For French sellers registered as a micro-entrepreneur (France’s simplified self-employed status), by calendar year, also in Statistics:
- Receipts book (livre des recettes): paid sales, on the date the money came in, at the gross price, with the buyer when known; total per quarter.
- Purchase register (registre des achats): items whose purchase price is filled in (a bundle is split between its sales and the remaining stock).
- CSV export of both, ready for your accountant.
PDF invoices
For professional sellers: the Invoice button on an archived sale, or all of the year’s invoices at once in Statistics → Accounting, DAC7 and URSSAF. First fill in your name, your SIRET (French business registration number) and your VAT statement (VAT exemption, franchise en base, by default) in Settings → Invoices.
- A unique, sequential number (F2026-0001, F2026-0002…), assigned when first issued.
- An invoice once issued never changes, even if you later edit the sale or your settings.
DAC7 thresholds
Beyond 30 sales or €2,000 in the year on a platform, it reports your sales to the tax authorities (the EU’s DAC7 rules). One gauge per platform turns orange at 80% and red once the threshold is reached; an alert shows on the dashboard, and a notification (push and webhook) goes out with the sale that crosses each step, once a year per platform.
URSSAF summary
A French micro-entrepreneur? In Statistics → Accounting, DAC7 and URSSAF, Turn on the URSSAF summary (URSSAF is the body that collects French social contributions): the app prepares the turnover to declare (sales paid, on the date the money came in), every month or every quarter as you choose.
- For each period: the amount rounded to the euro with a Copy the amount button, the deadline (last day of the following month) and an estimate of contributions (sale of goods: 12.3% + 0.1% for vocational training, + 1% if you ticked the flat-rate income tax option, versement libératoire; ACRE relief deducted if you ticked it, see ACRE).
- Declare on URSSAF ↗ opens the URSSAF website; ✓ I’ve declared records the amount declared (editable) and stops the reminders for that period. Declare even at €0.
- The open return is shown on the dashboard, and a notification (push and webhook) goes out 7 days before the deadline.
