Detailed accounting

Everything is in Statistics, Accounting, DAC7 and URSSAF card, year by year. The basics (sales ledger, invoices, URSSAF): see Statistics and accounting.

Expenses

+ Add an expense: date, amount, category (packaging, shipping costs, boosts, subscriptions, equipment, travel, bank charges, other), label, supplier and receipt (photo or PDF, 15 MB at most). Purchases of items to resell go in the purchase register, not here.

  • Receipt read by the AI: attach the receipt, and the AI fills in the empty fields (date, amount, label, supplier, category). Check them before Add; nothing is saved before then. Uses your AI credits.
  • + Recurring expense: monthly, quarterly or yearly, with a first due date and an optional end. A line is added at each due date.
  • Vinted boosts: boosts and wardrobe spotlights bought on Vinted are picked up on their own from your Vinted invoices, once a day, while the inbox syncs.

Real profit

Sales paid − purchase price of items sold − site fees (estimated from your settings) − shipping costs − expenses − estimated contributions = profit. Remaining stock isn’t deducted. A sale without a purchase price counts as costing nothing: the app warns you that the profit is then overestimated.

Micro-business thresholds

Fill in your business start date. Three gauges, orange at 80%:

  • VAT exemption: €85,000, higher threshold €93,500.
  • Micro ceiling: €203,100 (from 2026), pro rata in the year the business starts.
  • EU sales: €10,000 (only 2ememain sales, in Belgium, are detected).

A gauge that’s no longer green also shows on the dashboard.

ACRE

Tick ACRE (with the business start date): estimated social contributions go down by 25% for a business started from 1 July 2025 (50% before), until the end of the 3rd calendar quarter after the one in which it started. Vocational training and the flat-rate income tax (versement libératoire) don’t go down. ACRE is applied for with URSSAF.

Invoices and credit notes

In Settings → Invoices:

  • VAT scheme: VAT exemption (art. 293 B, default), Margin scheme (art. 297 A) for second-hand goods (no VAT shown), or another statement.
  • Continue my invoice numbering: type the last number from your old tool (for example FAC-2026-0153), and the next one will be FAC-2026-0154. Empty: F2026-0001.
  • Automatic invoice for each paid sale: needs full contact details; sales older than 60 days stay on request.

In archived sales: + Credit note cancels an invoice (numbered AV2026-0001, negative amount, one per invoice, never deleted), and ✉ emails the invoice to the buyer (enter their address: the sites don’t give it; replies arrive at the email address in your settings).

File for your accountant

⇩ Accountant file (ZIP) gathers the year: a summary, the sales, purchases, expenses and URSSAF returns as CSV (for Excel), invoices and credit notes already issued as PDF, and the receipts. 🔗 Create a link for my accountant gives them a secret link, with no account needed; New link cuts off the old one, Turn off the link stops it.
