Inventory and item details
The inventory is the heart of the app: one entry per item, and on each one the status of its listings on every site.
Gallery, table and filters
Inventory tab: your stock is shown as a table (or as a gallery, ▦ button). Search by title, reference, brand or location, and filter by status (draft, live, sold to ship, to relist…), by platform (including Not listed anywhere) and by category.
In the table, each site’s badge shows its listing’s views and favourites underneath (the total on hover). Sort by Most viewed or Most liked to spot what’s attracting interest, or by date, price and title; clicking the number of favourites shows who added the item.
Create an item
+ New item button at the top right → One item (several at once: see Bulk import). On the item details:
- Photos: drag and drop, or paste an image with ⌘/Ctrl + V. Reorder them and choose the main photo.
- Shared description with a Copy button to paste it into a listing.
- Brand, size, colour, condition, weight and storage location (A1, B3…), handy when packing parcels.
- Prices: purchase price, target price and floor price (the lowest you’ll accept).
- Quantity if you have several of the same item.
To go faster, let the AI fill in the details from the photos: see Item details filled in by AI.
Location labels
Location labels button at the top of the inventory: a PDF to print with, for each box or shelf, its name in large letters and a QR code. The locations you already use are suggested; add more, one per line or as a series (Box A1-A12 gives Box A1 to Box A12). Formats: A4 sheet of 24 or 8 labels, or a 10 × 15 cm (4 × 6 in) label, and you can skip the slots already used on a partly used sheet.
- When putting things away, in the phone capture mode, scan the label: the item’s location is filled in.
- Scanned with the camera and opened on the computer, the label shows the inventory of that box.
- Capitals, accents and spaces don’t matter: “Box A3” and “box a3” are the same box.
Listings per platform
Under the item details, each site has its own row: price, status (not listed, live, sold, delisted) and a link to the listing. The app works out the net after fees and the estimated margin from the fees set in Settings → Fees and prices. To list the item on several sites at once: List everywhere.
Price per site (Settings → Fees and prices, off by default): each listing starts from the target price, adjusted by a percentage specific to the site (more expensive on eBay to cover its fees, a negotiation margin on Leboncoin…), never below the floor price. A price typed for a site on the item details always comes first, and a listing that’s already published keeps its price.
Rounding per site (Settings → Fees and prices → Publishing per site): to the cent, to 10 cents, up to the euro or to €5, site by site. It applies to listing prices and the floor price (rounded up), and to price drops and offers to likers (rounded down). “As before” keeps the app’s usual rounding. Leboncoin and Vestiaire Collective only accept whole euros: the app never puts cents there.
Vinted parcel size: on the Vinted row, pick small, medium or large, or leave Auto to work it out from the weight (up to 1 kg small, 2 kg medium, above that large; weight-based sizes for heavy categories). A chosen size means Vinted no longer needs the weight.
When Leboncoin or eBay have asked for a field for a category (shoe size, eBay “Type”…), the item details show it straight away the next time you choose that category: what you enter there answers the site in advance.
An item’s ⋯ menu
The ⋯ button on each table row (or gallery card) gathers: open the item details, edit the title and description, edit the price, duplicate, list on other platforms (every site where the item isn’t live yet), schedule the listing, relist, delete.
Mark an item as sold
Mark as sold records the price, the platform and the shipping costs, then works out your profit. Sales on connected sites are picked up automatically; mark here the ones made in person or elsewhere. Either way, listings still live elsewhere are removed: see Automatic delisting after a sale.
Delete but keep the item details
When you delete an item, Save and delete removes its listings from the sites but keeps its details (photos, prices, sites) aside. Saved items button at the top of the inventory: Put back on sale brings it back into the inventory and opens its details, with the sites where it was live already ticked. A deletion that failed can be restarted with Try again in the Publishing tab.
Export your inventory
Export (CSV) button at the top of the inventory: a file to open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Export (Google Sheets) gives you a formula to paste into a sheet: Google keeps it up to date on its own, roughly every hour (inventory, sales, orders, accounts, dormant stock).
