Seller ranking

See where you stand this month and, if you want, compare yourself with other OnceAndSold sellers.

The 8 tiers

Your tier depends on your revenue this month: the selling price of the items sold since the 1st, across all sites (like the Sales this month widget).

  • 🧺 Yard sale: from €0
  • 🪑 Flea market: from €250
  • 🍎 Market stall: from €750
  • 🛍️ Shop: from €1,500
  • 🏷️ Store: from €3,000
  • 🏬 Department store: from €6,000
  • 🔗 Chain: from €15,000
  • 👑 Empire: from €30,000 a month

Your tier and what you need for the next one show in the Ranking tab and in the Seller ranking widget (home page Customise button → Add a widget), even if you don’t take part: that calculation stays on your account. An account in pounds sterling is converted to euros at a fixed rate so it can be compared with others.

Taking part in the ranking

Taking part is off by default. To join: Ranking tab, tick I take part in the seller ranking, pick a nickname (3 to 20 characters, no website address or phone number) and save.

  • Only your nickname and this month’s revenue are sent to the OnceAndSold server. Nothing else: not your shop names, not your site usernames, not the details of your sales.
  • Other sellers see your nickname and your tier, never your figure.
  • Avoid using your shop name as a nickname if you don’t want to be recognised. If your nickname is already taken, the app tells you.
  • Untick the box to stop: everything that was sent is deleted.

This month’s ranking

Places are only shown once there are 10 participants in the month: with fewer people, a place wouldn’t mean much. Until then, participants are grouped by tier (alphabetically within a tier), with the number of sellers in each tier.

Your figure updates while your app is open (every 15 minutes). The Last month button shows last month’s final ranking; sales entered late still count during the first 5 days of the month.
