Automatic delisting after a sale
That’s OnceAndSold’s promise: an item sold on one site disappears from the others, without you having to think about it.
How it works
As soon as a sale is recorded (picked up on a site, read from your emails, or Mark as sold), the same item’s listings still live elsewhere go into the Listings to delist after a sale list, at the top of the inventory.
- Last one sold: the other listings are removed one by one, in the background, on Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay, Beebs and Vestiaire Collective; on eBay, the listing is ended with the reason “item no longer available”, on Vestiaire with “sold elsewhere”.
- Some are left: the listings stay live; only the eBay listing’s quantity goes down by one if needed.
Important: delisting happens while the app is open in Chrome with the extension. Keep a OnceAndSold tab open (pinned) while you sell.
Delistings to confirm
In some cases the app would rather ask you: stock other than 1 when the listing was created, an eBay listing offering more items than your stock, a sale recorded before the option was turned on… Then click Remove.
- Keep live dismisses a delisting for good.
- Done it records a listing you removed yourself.
- A failure is never retried on its own: it stays in the list with a Remove button.
- A sale paid straight away (and so archived) with a listing still live elsewhere also appears in the list.
Approve everything by hand
Untick Automatic delisting after a sale: each delisting then waits for your click.
