Edit a live listing

Edit once in the app, and the change goes out to every site where the item is live.

Edit an item

  1. The item’s ⋯ menu → Edit the title and description or Edit the price.
  2. Enter the change. The app then asks which sites to apply it to: every live listing is ticked, untick those to leave as they are.
  3. Each site opens its “Edit listing” form in Chrome, the fields are retyped and the listing is saved. One site after another.
  • The item details are updated in every case.
  • A site where the listing isn’t live, or whose limit is exceeded (80 characters for an eBay title), can’t be ticked.
  • Nothing is saved if a field can’t be found or is cut short by the site.
  • Leboncoin then shows its paid options page: the app confirms it with Modifier sans booster mon annonce (edit without boosting), without paying anything. Leboncoin may send the listing back to moderation after a change.
  • Vestiaire Collective only lets you lower the price (no title, no description, no increase), in whole euros and not below the minimum set by the site. The drop happens in the background, without a form, then the listing is re-read to check the new price.
If the site shows an error after saving, its tab stays open so you can see what it’s asking for, and the failure appears in Errors to deal with on the dashboard.

Bulk editing

Tick several items in the inventory (box at the top left of the card, or first column of the table), then ✎ Edit N items in the bottom bar:

  • Price: Lower by %, Lower by amount or Fixed price. The target price changes, and each listing live on a ticked site starts from its own price (€1 minimum).
  • Title and description: Replace some text with other text in the title and description (case ignored; leave the second field empty to remove the text) and/or Add to the end of the description a sentence (e.g. “Carefully packed, shipped within 48 h”), added only once.
  • Change the category in the inventory (the sites’ categories don’t change).
  • Hide / Show again on Vinted: the listing keeps its views and favourites. Leboncoin, eBay and Beebs don’t have this option.

Under On which sites, only the sites where at least one item has a listing are ticked by default. The window shows what will change for each item and the estimated time.

Once started, the window closes: just like publishing, the sites move forward at the same time, in the background, one item after another on each, with a random break between two (20 to 60 seconds for price and text, 8 to 25 seconds for hiding). Follow it in the Publishing tab; keep OnceAndSold open. Open ✎ Edit again to see where each site stands and Stop after the listings in progress. An anti-bot check stops every site.

Automatic price drop

In Settings → Sales → Automatic price drop (off by default): a live listing that gets no new favourites for N days has its price lowered by a few per cent, on every site where it’s live (Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay, Beebs and Vestiaire Collective).

  • By default: −5% every 14 days without a new favourite, 10 items a day at most. Everything can be set in Customise.
  • The new price is rounded down to the nearest half euro (to the euro below on Vestiaire Collective), and never goes below the floor price of the item: once it reaches the floor, it stops moving. Remember to fill in your items’ floor price.
  • A new favourite resets the counter. The item’s target price goes down at the same time.
  • Drops happen while the app is open in Chrome with the extension: each site’s “Edit listing” form opens and fills itself in. A drop that fails is tried again the next day.
