🧭 Settings assistant

Not sure which setting to turn on? Ask the assistant: it answers from this documentation and suggests the settings that go with it. Nothing changes without your click.

Open the assistant

Click the bubble at the bottom right of the app, on any page. The first time you open it, three multiple-choice questions (your buyers, your listings that don’t sell, what should happen when you make a sale): Submit my answers and it suggests the matching settings. The ⚙ Set up the app with the 3 questions button, at the bottom of the conversation, brings them back at any time. After that, ask your questions freely, for example “How do I avoid double sales?”.

Apply a suggested setting

• Each suggestion lists the settings involved, ticked: untick the ones you don’t want, and View › opens the setting in Settings.
• Apply saves the ticked settings; Cancel immediately puts back the previous values. Later puts the suggestion aside.
• The assistant never touches text you type (messages, addresses), photo backgrounds or browser notifications.

Where the answers come from

The assistant relies on this documentation, on the app’s list of settings and on the state of your account (connected sites). Each answer links to the documentation page it used. If it can’t find the answer, it says so and suggests asking on Discord. The conversation is kept in this browser; ↺ starts a new one.

Questions per month

Each account has 20 questions a month, renewed on the 1st; the counter is shown at the top of the assistant. They don’t use up your AI credits. Once the month’s questions are used, the documentation and Discord are still there.
